Vinícola paranaense lança espumante extra brut com uvas Chardonnay e Pinot Noir

A vinícola paranaense Família Fardo acaba de lançar o espumante Extra Brut, com 12,5% de teor alcóolico. Após um ano e meio do lançamento do seu primeiro espumante, o Brut Justina Fardo, a nova versão é ainda mais seca e exclusiva, elaborada a partir das uvas Chardonnay (75%) e Pinot Noir (25%), seguindo o tradicional método champenoise. A safra é de 800 garrafas. A vinícola Família Fardo fica em Quatro Barras, na região metropolitana de Curitiba.
A sugestão do enólogo da vinícola, Renato Garcia, é servi-lo como aperitivo, acompanhado de canapés. Mas a bebida também pode acompanhar as refeições, principalmente os pratos à base de peixes e frutos do mar. Além da vinícola, o espumante também pode ser adquirido na loja online.
