Nesta semana ele não só acompanhou Ratinho a Londrina, onde o governo se instalou, como entregou pessoalmente dois tratores aos produtores rurais Rodrigo Alves da Silva e Eleandro Manuel Alves, em nome dos beneficiados pelo programa Trator Solidário, coordenado pela Secretaria da Agricultura e Abastecimento do estado. O programa financia pequenos agricultores para a compra de tratores, implementos, pulverizadores e colhedoras a preços mais acessíveis. A entrega ocorreu nesta quinta-feira (11) na 59ª Expolondrina.
Além de entregar as chaves, posar para fotos e dar entrevistas, o vice-governador afirmou que o governo pretende ampliar o programa, que financia, em média, 600 tratores ao ano. A expectativa, segundo ele, é chegar a 1000 veículos. Além de Piana, participaram do evento o chefe da Casa Civil, Guto Silva; os secretários da Segurança Pública e Administração Penitenciária, Luiz Felipe Carbonel, e da Comunicação e Cultura, Hudson José.
