A construtora San Remo apresentou, nesta terça-feira (20), o apartamento decorado de seu novo empreendimento residencial, o Queen Victoria. A decoração da unidade, localizada no 8º andar, leva a assinatura do arquiteto Jayme Bernardo. “É um apartamento com linguagem contemporânea, adequada ao público mais jovem. Desenho limpo, de linhas retas e tons neutros”, explicou ele aos convidados, entre os quais se incluíam o vice-prefeito de Curitiba, Eduardo Pimentel Slaviero, e a mulher, Paula Mocellin Slaviero.
Em estilo inglês, com direito a tijolos à vista importados da Inglaterra, o Queen Victoria – localizado à Rua Professor Pedro Viriato Parigot de Souza, no Mossunguê –, terá 27 pavimentos, com 23 apartamentos-tipo, de 525 m² e 912 m² de área total, e uma cobertura duplex, com 821 m2 de área privativa. As unidades-tipo terão cinco vagas de garagem e um depósito para a guarda de pertences. Já a cobertura contará com sete vagas de garagem e um depósito.
A entrega do prédio será em junho de 2020. Dos 24 apartamentos, nove já foram vendidos, segundo a construtora. Nesta quarta e quinta-feira a diretoria da construtora recebe mais convidados para novas apresentações do apartamento decorado.
