Primeiro serviço por assinatura para barba, cabelo e bigode chega a Curitiba

Inspirado no sistema de assinatura da Netflix, no qual o espectador paga um valor fixo por mês e pode assistir ao conteúdo de forma ilimitada, o proprietário da barbearia curitibana John Six, Lincohn Mendes, inovou e trouxe o formato para o mundo das barber shops, criando o John´s Club, primeiro clube de serviços de barbearia por assinatura.
Pagando a partir de R$ 95,90 mensais, o assinante escolhe um dos três planos disponíveis e pode usar os serviços da barbearia quantas vezes quiser por mês, sem limites, carências ou fidelização. Os planos seguem as principais demandas que o espaço recebe: Al Pacino, só para corte de cabelo, por R$ 95,90; Ragnar, só para a barba, por R$ 121,90; e o John Six, para cabelo e barba, por R$ 179,90 ao mês.
A barbearia, inaugurada em julho de 2017, lançou o John’s Club em setembro do ano passado e em um ano chegou a 120 assinantes. O serviço já representa 40% do faturamento mensal do empreendimento. São cinco barbeiros que formam o time John Six e o espaço possui um aplicativo para smartphones no qual os clientes podem agendar horários e os membros do clube têm área de acesso restrito.
Essa facilidade com a tecnologia acabou sendo outro diferencial para a barbearia. “Quanto mais automatizado, simples e transparente for o relacionamento na prestação do serviço, melhor”, diz o empresário Daniel Salomão, membro do John´s Club que pela qualidade dos profissionais e praticidade com o app já recomendou a barbearia para um amigo e para o cunhado, que agora também são membros do clube.
O sistema de assinaturas está trazendo tanto resultado que Mendes já tem planos de expansão com prazo para o final de 2019: colocar mais duas cadeiras em sua primeira unidade, no Ecoville, e ampliar a equipe para sete profissionais. Ainda neste mês, vai lançar uma linha própria de produtos para cabelo e barba, começando pelo shampoo John Six, até maio do ano que vem, pretende inaugurar sua segunda unidade, no Bigorrilho, e em cinco anos quer estar também com operações no Batel, Cabral e Centro Cívico. “Quem não tem visão de onde quer chegar, nunca chega mesmo”, finaliza.
