O novo shopping de Santa Catarina, o BravaMall, da construtora Procave, será apresentado ao público nesta terça-feira (26), durante um evento para convidados em Itajaí. Desenvolvido pelo arquiteto curitibano Manoel Doria, da Doria Lopes Fiuza Arquitetos Associados, o BravaMall, localizado na Praia Brava, a 150 metros da praia, conta com mais de 80 lojas, 2 salas de cinema e ainda uma filial do Colégio Bom Jesus, de Curitiba, que já está em funcionamento.
O BravaMall aposta na gastronomia como diferencial e em lojas que não fazem parte do mix dos demais shoppings. São 33 mil metros quadrados de área construída e 5,5 mil de Área Bruta Locável (ABL). As áreas de convívio, lazer e serviços, distribuídas em três pavimentos, também contam com um terraço com vista para o mar.
