Morreu nesta quarta-feira (27), aos 96 anos, o engenheiro e empresário curitibano Mário De Mari, ex-presidente da Federação das Indústrias do Paraná (Fiep). O velório ocorre a partir das 17 horas, no Campus da Indústria, no Cietep, no Jardim Botânico, e o enterro será nesta quinta-feira (28), às 11 horas, no Cemitério Municipal. Além do Sistema Fiep, Mário De Mari também presidiu o Instituto de Engenharia do Paraná e era artista plástico.
O presidente do Sistema Fiep, Edson Campagnolo, disse que Mário De Mari foi uma legítima liderança da indústria paranaense, “sempre preocupado com o desenvolvimento de todo o setor industrial e de todo o Paraná”. Mesmo após ter deixado a presidência manteve até o fim da vida participação ativa na entidade. Em sua gestão foi criado o Centro de Comércio Exterior do Paraná (Cexpar) e instituída a Medalha do Mérito Industrial do Paraná.
Nascido em 6 de setembro de 1922, em Curitiba, Mário De Mari se formou em Engenharia Civil pela UFPR, em 1946. Começou sua carreira na prefeitura de Curitiba, sendo o primeiro diretor do Departamento de Urbanismo e chefe da Divisão de Pavimentação. Em seguida, fundou a empresa Técnica De Mari S/A – Engenharia Civil.
Uma grande perda! foi fundador da Técnica de Mari uma das grandes construtora a 40 anos atrás junto com a Gutierrez Paula e Munhoz! Farid surugi cesbe e tantas outras.
