Marca paranaense de estética abre 15 unidades em menos de cinco anos e quer crescer mais

O mercado de beleza é um ramo que, mesmo em tempos de crise, está sempre em desenvolvimento. De acordo com a empresa internacional de pesquisas Euromonitor, a perspectiva de crescimento acumulado no período de 2015 a 2020 para o ramo no Brasil é de 14,3% – algo em torno de 2,7% ao ano. Já o faturamento do setor para 2020, pode ultrapassar a marca de R$ 115 bi no país. Surfando esta onda está o empresário paranaense Rodrigo Nunes, fundador do espaço de estética AD Clinic, que em cinco anos no mercado – foi criada em 2014 – viu o número de clínicas da sua marca saltar de uma para 15.
Para conquistar esse crescimento, Nunes realizou uma reestruturação na marca e desenvolveu um projeto de franquias que já conta, entre clínicas em funcionamento, em processo de abertura e contratos assinados, com 10 franqueadas espalhadas pelos estados do Paraná, Santa Catarina e São Paulo. Mas a meta do empresário vai muito mais além. “Meu maior sonho para os próximos 12 meses é estar com 50 franquias estruturadas em operação e planejando novas ações com foco em lojas nos shoppings”, conta ele.
Para atingir esse objetivo, uma das ações da AD Clinic é a participação na ABF Franchising Expo – maior feira de franquias da América Latina, que será realizada entre os dias 26 e 29 de junho em São Paulo. A marca quer mostrar aos investidores que vai além de um espaço estético, contando com diversos tratamento e tecnologia de ponta. “Nossa ideia é levar a marca e serviços AD Clinic para todo o Brasil e, junto, saúde e bem-estar”, afirma Nunes. O investimento financeiro para quem deseja ser um franqueado parte de R$ 250 mil.
No leque de serviços oferecidos pela AD Clinic estão tratamentos estéticos e massagens relaxantes. Entre os mais procurados, destaque para a harmonização facial, botox, preenchimento e depilação a laser. Além disso, de acordo com Nunes, a marca conta com uma equipe multidisciplinar que contempla biomédicas, esteticistas, massoterapeuta, fisioterapeuta e nutricionista.
