Libéri Gastronomia, a nova opção de alimentação saudável em Curitiba

O Libéri Gastronomia, restaurante recém-inaugurado pelos chefes de cozinha Gustavo Vieira e Lauro de Miranda, é a mais nova opção de alimentação saudável em Curitiba. Formados no curso de gastronomia do Senac, os dois tinham o desejo de trabalhar com este tipo de alimentação e decidiram abrir o negócio juntos, após um período trabalhando separados. Lauro, que inicialmente produzia pratos congelados convencionais, passou a preparar opções sem glúten quando sua namorada descobriu ser portadora da doença celíaca.
O restaurante oferece três opções de pratos diariamente – um deles vegano – e sucos nutritivos, além de uma opção de cerveja sem glúten (com álcool). Os preços custam a partir de R$ 23,90. “Nosso maior diferencial é mostrar que a alimentação saudável pode ser extremamente saborosa. Além disso, possibilitamos a todos, inclusive a quem tem restrições alimentares, desfrutar da liberdade que a gastronomia proporciona”, explica Lauro Miranda. Também possui um menu fixo com dez opções de pratos congelados, entre eles Moqueca de carne seca com banana e farofa com legumes e arroz com açafrão; Escondidinho de frango com legumes assados e Estrogonofe de grão de bico, arroz integral, beterraba, acelga e balsâmico. O Libéri fica na Alameda Presidente Taunay, 991, no Batel.
