Invescon fecha parceria com a rede IPO; hospital terá preferência para instalar unidades nos empreendimentos da Express Mall

A Invescon, empresa paranaense de desenvolvimento imobiliário – que inaugura até o final do ano seu novo empreendimento em Curitiba, o Express Mall, na rua Martin Afonso esquina com a Jerônimo Durski, no bairro Campina do Siqueira – acaba de fechar parceria com o Hospital IPO, que passa a ter preferência na instalação de unidades nos empreendimentos com a marca Express Mall.
A marca, que já tem quatro endereços em operação, além da nova unidade em construção e outras duas em desenvolvimento, se encaixa no modelo strip mall – aqueles pequenos centros de compras e conveniências que são normalmente locados para farmácias, academias, mercados e redes de fast food, entre outros.
A parceria com o hospital surgiu da vontade de diversificar o público e agregar valor aos empreendimentos – e se confirmou pela localização estratégica, pela disponibilidade de vagas de estacionamento e pela segurança, que é maior num espaço deste tipo. A rede IPO já assinou contrato com quatro unidades, o JK e o Fagundes Varela, já em operação, o Express Mall Champagnat, em construção, e o Express Mall Salgado Filho, ainda em desenvolvimento.
