O chef curitibano Celso Freire será o único do sul do país a participar da segunda edição do Porco Mundi Brasil, que reunirá 35 cozinheiros renomados para misturar as culinárias italiana, francesa e brasileira a serviço da carne de porco. O evento acontece no próximo dia 29 de julho na Casa do Porco Bar, restaurante de Jefferson Rueda, em São Paulo.

Será uma troca de ideias regada a coquetel e jantar aberto ao público, exaltando a culinária nacional contemporânea. Divididos, cada grupo de chefs vai preparar uma receita. “É uma alegria participar deste evento, principalmente por reunir nomes que admiro. Com certeza vamos promover uma experiência única para quem for prestigiar”, afirma Freire.

Entre os chefs convidados estão Carla Pernambuco, Emmanuel Bassoleil, Erick Jacquin, Laurent Suaudeau, Rodrigo Martins e Sergio Arno de São Paulo; e Claude Troisgois, Danio Braga, Flavia Quaresma e Roberta Sudbrack do Rio de Janeiro.
