Momentos antes, jornalistas que acompanhavam o evento puderam experimentar a grande atração do canteiro de obras: uma plataforma que se eleva a 40 metros de altura puxada por um guindaste. Assim, antes mesmo de as três torres começarem a sair do chão é possível ver a magnífica vista que os moradores terão, com destaque para a Serra do Mar.
Para os que preferem a terra firme a construtora ofereceu um tour interativo em formato inédito e uma visita guiada no estande de vendas ao apartamento decorado com a ajuda de óculos de realidade virtual. O nome do empreendimento é inspirado no Umm-al-Maa, um dos mais bonitos oásis da Terra, localizado na Líbia. A influência arquitetônica é do Ashjar AT AL Barari, de Dubai, edifício que reúne tecnologia e inovação como diferenciais.
Com entrega prevista para 2021, o Almáa Cabral está localizado em frente ao campo de golfe do Graciosa Country Club num terreno de 5.550 m². Serão três torres de seis pavimentos cada – Nypa (12 unidades), Attalea (10) e Itaya (12) – com duas coberturas em cada uma delas, com metragens que variam de 234m² a 573m². Os prédios serão inteiramente sustentáveis, com captação de energia solar e tomadas para veículos elétricos, entre outras novidades do gênero.
