Construtora do interior do Paraná se consolida como líder da Região Sul em ranking nacional

A paranaense Plaenge, de Londrina, figura na 19ª edição do ranking Valor 1000, realizado anualmente pelo jornal Valor Econômico, como a maior e melhor construtora do Sul do país. As empresas que integram o ranking estão classificadas de acordo com seu desempenho financeiro considerando 25 setores econômicos. Este é o sexto ano consecutivo que a Plaenge lidera o levantamento entre as construtoras da Região Sul. Fundada há 49 anos, a Plaenge já entregou 382 torres que totalizam 26.823 unidades em Londrina, Maringá, Curitiba, Joinville, Campo Grande, Cuiabá, Campinas e também no Chile.
O resultado, segundo o diretor da empresa, Fernando Fabian, reflete a gestão conservadora, com visão de longo prazo para os negócios e tem relação direta com o planejamento do grupo, que agora está focado na expansão. Ainda neste ano estão previstos 21 lançamentos no segmento residencial. “A Plaenge investiu em planejamento, revisou pesadamente os processos internos e se preparou para ser a primeira a aproveitar os sinais de retomada do mercado imobiliário”, diz o executivo. Entre as novas praças está Campinas, onde a empresa acaba de lançar seu primeiro empreendimento, e Porto Alegre.
Na capital gaúcha, a empresa planeja a construção de uma Central de Apartamentos Decorados. Além do Brasil, a Plaenge transpôs a Cordilheira dos Andes e chegou ao Chile, onde atua desde 2009 na cidade de Temuco. Agora, se prepara para iniciar atividades na capital, Santiago, onde investiu R$ 45 milhões na compra de um terreno para a construção de nada menos que sete torres.
A empresa também tem um segmento de construções industriais. Recentemente entregou a fábrica da Coca-Cola Andina, em Duque de Caxias (RJ), e está construindo a nova sede do Sicredi de Maringá, além de novos projetos, como uma fábrica do setor de alimentos no Espírito Santo.
