Curitiba acaba de ganhar um novo cocktail bar, o Atomic Core, focado na coquetelaria clássica. Localizada na Rua Nunes Machado, no Centro, a casa traz uma atmosfera que remete aos pubs europeus da década de 1960, com tons sóbrios e iluminação indireta, com direito a discotecagem diária com foco no classic jazz, lo-fi e trip hop. “Nossa proposta é oferecer um momento de qualidade, longe da badalação, em que amigos, casais e colegas possam passar um tempo tranquilo em um local discreto e que preza pela excelência de atendimento e no resgate histórico da coquetelaria clássica”, diz Marcelo Tadeu, sócio do Atomic Core (Núcleo Atômico).
O cardápio oferece mais de 30 drinks originais, com valores que vão de R$ 18,00 a R$ 28,00, entre eles o Moscow Mule, um drink refrescante e cítrico, composto por vodka, limão, xarope de gengibre e água com gás. As bebidas são preparadas pelo bartender Julio Perbichi, que atuou em renomados bares do segmento coqueteleiro da cidade. Além da confecção dos drinks, ele ainda conta um pouco da origem de cada um para os interessados. A casa também oferece uma carta de vinhos e cervejas tradicionais.
Gastronomia
Como opções para comer, porções para degustar, entre elas o Zapiekanka, composto por pão brioche de fermentação natural, molho de tomate rústico, cogumelo sautée com tomilho e vinho branco; o Tosty z miese, com pão brioche de fermentação natural, creme de ricota verde e linguiça Blumenau assada, e o Przekaski Smerana, chips de banana da terra servidos com sour cream ou pasta de grão-de-bico vegana. A casa também abre espaço para exposições de fotógrafos curitibanos, cujas obras podem ser adquiridas pelos clientes.
