Para celebrar seus 30 anos de história, o Business Club, primeiro clube gastronômico da capital paranaense, vai realizar uma série de eventos especiais. Iniciando a comemoração, o empreendimento trará para Curitiba o chef Ivan Ralston, responsável pelo restaurante Tuju, de São Paulo, um dos três restaurantes brasileiros com 2 estrelas Michelin – principal honraria da gastronomia mundial.
O evento ocorrerá no dia 23 de maio e o chef vai comandar um jantar que contará com um menu degustação exclusivo seguindo os principais conceitos de sua carreira. Os detalhes do evento, como os pratos do menu e os preços, serão divulgados nos próximos dias.
