Caramelodrama fecha as portas sem drama

Conforme já anunciado, a confeitaria Caramelodrama encerra suas atividades no próximo dia 31 de julho, após cinco anos de funcionamento na Alameda Presidente Taunay, no Batel. Mas o que a chef e proprietária Carolina Garofani não esperava é que antes disso ela tivesse que fechar as portas por alguns dias. Na última segunda-feira (8), quem foi até o café encontrou uma placa pedindo desculpas porque o estabelecimento estava fechado já que todos os doces da loja tinham sido vendidos.
De acordo com Carolina, após o anuncio do fechamento, o Caramelodrama começou a ter um movimento muito maior do que a média. “No dia que colocamos o cartaz não tínhamos mais nada para vender”, conta.
Para o futuro, Carolina conta que fará algumas parcerias com alguns amigos chefs, mas por enquanto não pretende ter algo com as portas abertas. Ela também adiantou que para o Natal pretende trabalhar com o panettone, que fez muito sucesso na confeitaria.
