Apartamento de luxo modelo de obra em construção se transforma em galeria e espaço de arte em Curitiba

A mais nova galeria de arte de Curitiba funciona dentro de um apartamento decorado de alto padrão. Na noite desta quarta-feira (17) aconteceu a abertura oficial da Galeria 31 – ÍCARO Jardins do Graciosa, um espaço de cultura, arte, design e inovação localizado dentro do apartamento modelo do residencial de luxo da incorporadora AG7, com 549 m². O empreendimento, que apresenta o conceito de casas suspensas, é assinado pelo renomado arquiteto paulista Arthur Casas e será inaugurado em maio próximo. São três torres e 21 unidades no total. A empresa não divulga valores. Durante o evento os convidados assistiram a um bate-papo sobre arte e arquitetura conduzido pela editora de Cultura da revista Casa Vogue, Beta Germano.

A partir do dia 25 de abril, o espaço estará aberto ao público com a exposição “Onde termina o sol e começa o céu”, reunindo grandes nomes do design e da arte. Todas as obras estarão disponíveis para venda e o espaço ainda contará com uma programação de palestras, bate-papos e oficinas, além de experiências exclusivas para os futuros moradores do empreendimento, localizado na Rua Vereador Garcia Rodrigues Velho, 70, no Cabral. A entrada é gratuita.

A Galeria 31 é de responsabilidade da produtora e marchande Malu Meyer, da Soma Galeria, e a curadoria de Marina Ramos, colaboradora da galeria curitibana. O CEO da AG7, Alfredo Gulin Neto, explica que o ÍCARO faz parte de um movimento mundial em que a arquitetura e o design transcendem o mercado imobiliário e se relacionam com o comportamento das pessoas, proporcionando novas experiências e referências.

O residencial da Ag7 adota o conceito de casas suspensas com valorização das áreas verdes que circundam os edifícios em toda a sua altura, em estilo de arquitetura plenamente integrado ao paisagismo natural, assim como a incidência do sol nos apartamentos e a privacidade de cada unidade foi planejada. Por isso os apartamentos se aproximam muito, pelo espaço e pela distribuição, do projeto de casas. As plantas de cada unidade são quadradas, com terraços muito grandes.
