Alto da XV ganha casa de assados La Vaca Steakhouse, com boutique e bar de cervejas artesanais

Será inaugurado nesta sexta-feira (27) a La Vaca Steakhouse, na Rua Schiller, 988, no Alto da XV. Com capacidade para até 82 pessoas em seus espaços internos e no deck, o restaurante tem ambiente contemporâneo que inclui uma boutique de carnes e de utensílios para churrasco, temperos exclusivos e cutelaria regional, além de um bar de cervejas e chopp, com destaque para as cervejas artesanais de Curitiba Maniacs e Brooklyn, de Nova York, e drinks. O empreendimento nasceu da paixão por carnes dos irmãos engenheiros Oscar e Guilherme Gayer.

Uma escultura em tamanho natural de uma vaca posicionada na entrada do restaurante e um painel do artista visual Rômulo Lass, que conta as origens do churrasco na América do Sul, chamam a atenção. De qualquer ponto do salão se vê a parrilla. O projeto da casa é do arquiteto Giuliano Marchiorato.

No cardápio, concebido pelo chef consultor André Pionteke, há carnes de vaca de origem brasileira, com garantia de origem e qualidade, além de peixes, aves e vegetais. O bar terá cervejas e chopp, drinks e coquetéis com assinatura do bartender Fernando Lisboa, de São Paulo, que assina cartas nacionais importantes.

  2. First off I want to say awesome blog! I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you
    don’t mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing.

    I have had a tough time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out there.
    I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to
    15 minutes tend to be wasted just trying to
    figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints?

  8. With havin so much content do you ever run into any
    problems of plagorism or copyright violation? My blog has a lot of unique content I’ve either written myself
    or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my authorization. Do you know
    any methods to help stop content from being ripped off?
    I’d certainly appreciate it.
