Sucesso na cena de entretenimento de Curitiba, a badalada vila urbana Fresh Live Market, na Alameda Dr. Carlos de Carvalho, no Batel, encerrou as atividades. Os sócios do complexo gastronômico, inaugurado em março de 2018, comunicaram os proprietários das 32 operações, no último dia 7, que fechariam as portas em definitivo no dia 7 de novembro. O motivo, segundo a circular afixada na entrada do empreendimento, foi a “inadimplência crônica da maioria dos sublocatários”. Além de praça de alimentação, o Fresh tinha uma moderna academia de ginástica, spa, barbearia e espaço infantil.
Na manhã desta segunda-feira o portal esteve no local e conversou com o funcionário de um quiosque de cervejas que estava desmontando o espaço. Segundo ele, o público começou a rarear há cerca de seis meses.
O funcionário do estacionamento anexo também confirmou a queda no movimento. De acordo com ele, no último sábado (26) o caixa registrou apenas um veículo. Ainda restam no local uma loja de vinhos, a academia Beats Camp e o próprio estacionamento, que também estão cumprindo o prazo dado pelos sócios para desocuparem o local. Mais informações em breve.
