Construtora Embraed erguerá torre super luxuosa em Balneário Camboriú em parceria com a marca italiana Tonino Lamborghini

Balneário Camboriú será a primeira cidade brasileira a receber um empreendimento imobiliário de luxo da marca italiana Tonino Lamborghini. O presidente e fundador da mundialmente famosa empresa italiana dedicada a acessórios de estilo de vida e projetos de design e hospitalidade, Tonino Lamborghini, assinou nesta sexta-feira (27) o contrato com a construtora Embraed para a construção do primeiro projeto imobiliário da marca no Brasil.
A torre, de 168 metros de altura, que se chamará Tonino Lamborghini Residences Balneário Camboriú, cobrirá uma área total de 25 mil m² e será erguida na região mais valorizada de Balneário Camboriú, a Barra Sul, com 67 unidades residenciais. “Temos certeza de que, graças a essa parceria, poderemos oferecer ao mercado brasileiro de luxo um novo estilo de vida ao Brasil”, afirmou o empresário, após a assinatura ao lado da presidente do Grupo Embraed, Tatiana Rosa Cequinel.
A assinatura do contrato teve ares de grande evento, com direito à presença do cônsul honorário da Itália, Attilio Colitti, e do prefeito de Balneário Camboriú, Fabrício Oliveira, que é curitibano.
