A empresa gaúcha Flowork, especializada em coworking de alto padrão, inaugurou nesta quinta-feira (22) seu escritório em Curitiba, no 16º andar do Barigui Business Center (BBC), empreendimento da paranaense Invescon. O local foi estrategicamente escolhido para iniciar o plano de expansão da empresa pelo país, que também prevê a inauguração de outros endereços em São Paulo. Entre os clientes da Flowork estão marcas como iFood, Quinto Andar, Viva Real, Sympla e Conquer.
Atento a oportunidades de investimento, o empresário curitibano Luis Napoleão Filho, CEO da Invescon, se associou à Flowork Curitiba e detém 25% dela. O próprio Napoleão transferiu a sede de sua empresa para a estrutura do coworking. Localizado na Rua General Mario Tourinho esquina com Martin Afonso, o empreendimento, construído pela TEICH, construtora do Grupo Laguna, foi desenvolvido para locação e conta com 16 pavimentos com infraestrutura de piso elevado, a maior laje da região – são 600 metros quadrados e 115 vagas de estacionamento rotativas.
Inaugurado em novembro do ano passado, o BBC acaba de concluir o processo de certificação Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), sendo reconhecido na categoria máxima, a Platinum, que garante a sustentabilidade do edifício. De acordo com Napoleão, o BBC foi pensado para ter um baixo custo condominial e de manutenção para agregar maior retorno aos investidores e inquilinos.
