Workshop esclarece dúvidas sobre a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, que entra em vigor em 2020

Sancionada em 2018, entra em vigor em agosto de 2020 a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados – legislação brasileira que regula as atividades de tratamento de dados pessoais. Seu texto determina que todos os dados pessoais, como nome, idade, estado civil e documentos, só podem ser coletados mediante o consentimento do usuário, salvo hipóteses específicas. A nova lei segue a linha da legislação européia sobre o assunto e prevê multas pesadas para empresas que a descumprirem.
Para falar sobre o assunto, a Federação das Indústrias do Paraná (FIEP) promove um workshop com a advogada Flávia Lubieska Kischelewski, do setor societário do escritório Prolik Advogados. Entre outros aspectos, os participantes receberão informações sobre o que são dados pessoais, os cuidados a observar na aplicação da legislação, os pontos de atenção que devem ser conhecidos pelos empresários e as consequências da violação da lei.
O evento acontece nesta terça-feira (11), a partir das 18h30 no Auditório Caio Amaral, na Fiep e é aberto ao público. Inscrições pelo link.
