Almoço no Jockey Club apresenta o Jockey Plaza Shopping, a grande novidade da semana

Um almoço para a imprensa nesta segunda-feira (03), no Salão Almeida Prado, do Jockey Club do Paraná, no Tarumã, reuniu os empreendedores do Jockey Plaza Shopping. O encontro foi para apresentar o empreendimento, que será inaugurado nesta terça-feira (04), às 19h30, com um evento exclusivo para lojistas e convidados. O empresário Aníbal Tacla, presidente da Tacla Shopping, falou em nome de seus sócios, os grupos Casteval, Paysage e GRCA e o próprio Jockey Club do Paraná.
Com mais de 200 mil metros quadrados, o novo shopping terá 400 operações – 28 delas na praça de alimentação – e um boulevard gastronômico com sete restaurantes com vista para a pista de corridas do hipódromo do Tarumã, o que faz dele o único do país com tal característica. O almoço ofereceu uma prévia da visão que o público do Jockey Club terá do empreendimento em dias de corrida e vice-versa.
Do total de operações, de acordo com Tacla, mais de 70% delas, inclusive as 18 lojas âncoras, abrem junto com o shopping. As demais abrem nas semanas seguintes. Ainda segundo o empresário, o empreendimento larga com 92% das lojas locadas. O shopping abre ao público às vésperas do Dia dos Namorados, sua primeira data de alavancagem do varejo. A expectativa e a aposta dos empreendedores – já que se está falando de um hipódromo – é de que o novo shopping faça bom papel no páreo com seus concorrentes locais e que sua raia – o público AB – aposte em massa nele.
