Cúpula da Lava Jato se reuniu em Curitiba para reflexões sobre macrocriminalidade e combate à corrupção

O ministro da Justiça e Segurança Pública Sérgio Moro, o procurador da República Deltan Dallagnol e o desembargador do Tribunal Regional Federal da 4ª Região (TRF4) João Pedro Gebran Neto, foram alguns dos palestrantes do 1º Congresso Nacional Sobre Macrocriminalidade e Combate à Corrupção, que aconteceu na última segunda-feira (13), na Universidade Positivo, em Curitiba. O evento foi promovido pela Escola da Magistratura Federal do Paraná (Esmafe-PR) e a Associação Paranaense dos Juízes Federais (Apajufe).
Ao longo de 10 horas, foram colocados em pauta temas como a prática da montagem das forças-tarefas, a imprescindível contribuição da tecnologia para toda a organização dos dados e mapeamento das informações. Gebran Neto explicou como se deu a construção da metodologia para o sucesso da Lava Jato. “Operações como Castelo de Areia e a Ação Penal 470 do STF trouxeram a expertise à Polícia Federal, ao Ministério Público Federal e ao Poder Judiciário de como se deve atuar para realizar o combate à corrupção. Esse foi o primeiro paradigma: organizar forças tarefas de trabalho para triagem e organização de um volume descomunal de informações”, ressaltou.
O desembargador da TRF4 também atribuiu o sucesso do trabalho na Lava Jato às facilidades trazidas pela tecnologia. “Nós não estávamos habituados a trabalhar com processos dessa magnitude. Processos que para nós são digitais, mas para as referências do julgamento do Superior Tribunal de Justiça recente fala-se em página 74 mil ou 75 mil como se fosse um documento do processo. São processos que se fossem físicos talvez nós nem começássemos a tocar neles. Quem é que se habilita a iniciar o dia de trabalho abrindo um processo assim?”, questionou.
“Dificilmente alguém, sem o uso da tecnologia, conseguirá mostrar como essa operação (Lava Jato) está conectada”, observou a conselheira do Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ) e professora da Universidade Positivo, Maria Tereza Uille. Ela também integrou a programação do congresso e mostrou projetos de pesquisa sobre a Lava Jato com o uso de Inteligência Artificial aplicada ao Direito. “Os objetivos são criar indicadores de efetividade do resultado das colaborações premiadas (IECP); identificar métricas para prevenir a corrupção; estimular o uso da inovação no governo eletrônico e nas empresas; valorizar a transparência, compliance e interatividade”.
