O Brasil precisa investir em educação básica, em reformas – política, administrativa e da Lei de Licitações – e em mecanismos eficientes de combate à corrupção. A opinião é do desembargador federal curitibano João Pedro Gebran Neto, do Tribunal Regional Federal da 4ª Região, durante palestra ao corpo clínico do Hospital Santa Cruz, na noite da última segunda-feira (15). “Nosso arcabouço legislativo, hoje, não tem servido para que o Estado brasileiro possa evoluir e ser melhor. Temos muitos mecanismos de defesa e controle, mas que se mostraram ineficazes ao longo do tempo. É preciso mudar a estrutura administrativa brasileira para que tenhamos modos de apurar e de punir os responsáveis por essas irregularidades”, disse Gebran Neto, relator do caso do apartamento triplex do Guarujá, atribuído ao ex-presidente Lula. O tema de sua palestra foi “Desafios no Combate à Corrupção”.

O evento, no anfiteatro do hospital, reuniu mais de 100 convidados, entre médicos, empresários e advogados e contou também com a participação do presidente do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado, Adalberto Jorge Xisto Pereira.

Hay que tener en cuenta que son equipos muy compactos y no pueden montar vasos muy voluminosos … Además en esas potencias tan altas en las que dan servicio a viviendas grandes seguro que hay que complementarlo.
