Paraná testará centro de integração federal para cuidar da segurança de fronteira

O Paraná foi escolhido para participar do Programa Nacional de Enfrentamento à Criminalidade Violenta e também será o primeiro estado a receber um centro de integração para cuidar da segurança de fronteira. O acordo para a implantação do centro foi firmado pelo governador Ratinho Jr. e pelo ministro da Justiça e Segurança Pública, Sergio Moro, e prevê ações estratégicas para coibir crimes como tráfico de drogas e contrabando. O Paraná tem 450 quilômetros de fronteira seca e aquática com o Paraguai e a Argentina, além de fazer divisa com São Paulo, Mato Grosso do Sul e Santa Catarina. O projeto-piloto, que visa reduzir a criminalidade por meio de ações integradas entre as esferas federal, estadual e municipal, será implantado inicialmente em São José dos Pinhais, em junho próximo.
